Confusion matrix over all images from a folder/directory.

Hello. I am doing the confusion matrix between the pixels of two images. The code below it works, but only for one original image and one mask image. I have a folder with 50 different original images and another folder with 50 mask images. I want to make the code to work for all the images from the folder, not for only one. I tried using a for loop, but with no succes. Would someone like to help me, please? Thank you!
