Hello Everyone, I am trying to build a neural network based fault detection simulation as in this paper http://www.cired.be/CIRED03/reports/R%203-27.pdf and http://www.iaeng.org/publication/IMECS2008/IMECS2008_pp60-63.pdf. I need help. Please help me. I will be very grateful for that.
