Eq curve of financial modeling

Hello, I need to do a simulation with historical financial data to get a eq curve of the return of a proprietary trading model. But will be large data and in txt, can I do that with Matlab? What add Toolbox I will need for that (like DataFeed, CurveFitting etc....)?
I will be really greateful if someone could help me.
