Matlab online stuck at loading screen!

I have not been able to access my matlab online service for two days as everytime I try to do so it just loads and never ends. I am using Ubuntu 18.04 and accessing through chromium browser. I have tried with firefox too, but it's still the same.

Can you try clearing the cookies and then loading it again.

Hi,

First I would recommend you to clear the cookies and reload the page.

If this doesnot solve try the following steps as this can happen to because of MATLAB hanging while loading.

To resolve the issue:

1. Go to https://drive.matlab.com

2. Log in

3. In upper right, click on your name and select “Show Hidden Files”

4. Delete the .session folder

5. Go to https://matlab.mathworks.com

6. Log in

I couldn't delete .session folder because it's protected, but deleting all the folders inside worked too. Thx

I am having the same issue, I tried these steps but still keep getting this message when I try to open matlab online in any project..
