Density Plot with large value of lat and long

Suppose I have a 100000x1 lat column and 100000x1 lon column matrix. How can I make density plot ? I am using geodensity command but it is not working in R2017a.

geodensity was introduced in R2018b. Replicating that using other MATLAB functions will be quite complicated. Although, I believe you can get something close using contourf or pcolor.
