AFM image height calculation

If you want help you need to be more specific about what you are asking. For a start, what do you mean by AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy???). Second, it would be best if you provide an example of the problem and what you have already tried to do yourself.

in that i have to calculate the height. I have already calculated the radius by aid of circular hough transform. but i have no idea of how to calculate the height.
