How to get my SCADE S function to match the SCADE

I have a function in SCADE that I have converted into an S-function. There are slight differences in the outputs between the S function in simulink and the SCADE when given identical inputs.

I looks like a tiny difference in a time sequencing. I have tried using different compilers, however I believe time is always needed as an input to test manager.

Is there a way to get identical responses?

Is it something I cannot do whilst using test manager? I am under the impression that SCADE runs the next step as soon as it completes the one previous, however simulink test manager works on a timestep.
