How to limit the X-axis for my transfer function plot?

How can I restrict my transfer function to only show x values from 0 to 4000? Code is below,
figure (3)
num = [0.081];
den = [1 0.0013];
h= tf(num,den);
bode(h)
figure (4)
step(h)
