Why do I get an error "Something went wrong. Click "OK" or refresh hte page to restart the app" when I open a web app？

The error appears as shown above, the matlab version is 2020a, and the V98 runtime is installed.

you can try to change the "Startup Timeout" param to a bigger one, i change it to 120(s) and it works

I had the same issue running MATLAB Web App Server R2020b. Found out my license expired.

1. Re-generated a new License File
2. Changed the License File on my License Manager
3. Restarted the License Manager
4. Restarted the MATLAB Web App Server

I was getting this error while running python code in matlab, to fix this issue I added Python path to System Environment Variables.
