How to make a plot (graph) in this case?

Hello Can anyone help me to code these?

I need to plot 2 reflection coefficients,

1. first one as a function of the incident angel, (for both parallel and perpendicular polarizations)

2. second one as a function of the frequency (for both parallel and perpendicular polarizations)

ps. I have the solution but still don't know how to code them with matlab :(

also apparently the result of the ploting would be...
