Working with data in table

I want to insert data in a particular collumn in table in app designer in the form 1,2 and not as 12 for certain cells. How do i do it ? Can anyone help?

You can use data property to change data of a uitable object

app.UITable.Data{2,3} = '1,2';

It will set 2nd row of 3rd column to '1,2'.

i want to do it for all the cells in a particular column and i want the data to be entered by the user themselves. How do i do that. ????

In the app designer, you can set the column of the uitable to be editable in the component browser panel. It will allow the user to change the cells of the table directly.
