How to use test manager on MATLAB R2018b?

I want to do simulations of simulink model with the data in excel. For that purpose I am trying to use test manager but I am unable to find it on MATLAB R2018b. Please guide how to access test manager in MATLAB R2018b.

Simulink test manager can be launched using the "sltest.testmanager.view" command.

In my MATLAB the command is not working. It is just showing undesined variable or class.
