Error: "Function definitions are not permitted in this context."

I have the same name for function and matlab file, I have started the file with function. What is wrong?

In command window, to test if it is working, I have seen if I run in script, I receive an "ans".. but Ia don't know if it's correcly because it's the first time when i use functions..
