Hi guys does anyone know how to perform a sensitivity analysis of a Gaussian Process Regression Model. I have a GPR model of 10 inputs and one input and would like to carry out a sensitivity analysis of my model parameters. Thanks.

Hi Bismark,
You can fir your model using fitrgp function in MATLAB and then carry out the sensitivity analysis of your model using the Sensitivity Analyzer App.
