Simulink Logs Data on Real-Time Basis From MATLAB Variable Value Obtained from DAG Network Without Rerunning or Stopping Execution

Hello, I have a DAGnetwork variable trained through transfer learning. The network is capable of predicting a certain feature from images. The predicted value is stored as a variable in the workspace. Now, I want to use this value on Simulink on a real-time basis. Currently, I am experimenting on 5 images. However, the Simulink can only get the last value from the model once MATLAB stops the executing. Simulink variable does not also update if I don't rerun it, even if the variable from workspace has a new value. Do you have any idea how to address this? All answers will be highly appreciated.
