Count words from wordlist in a text

Hello,

I have got a cell containing positiv words and a text. I first want to count the number of words in the text in complete and afterwards how many of the positive words of my cell are contained in the text.

Please elaborate what you're trying to do. Maybe upload the text file and script so that we can understand the issue better. Your problem and golas are not clear.
