property_handler.dll what is this? This is a spyware?

I am preocupated with this, if someone know what can be this, i am greateful.

MATLAB performing Windows operations involving OPC (Open Packaging Convention) files such as SLX, MLAPPINSTALL or SLDD files using 'property_handler.dll' . This can include command line file operations, using file Save dialogs from MATLAB or Simulink, or interacting with files from the Current Folder browser.

This file required for MATLAB.
