Is there any way or function to know how many frames are aquired from the live video stream per second.

I want to check how many frames are aquired or how many frames per second are extracted from a live video stream. Is there a function or method for that?

You can use callbacks, or you can take advantage of the event log https://www.mathworks.com/help/imaq/eventlog.html . For example stop time minus start time divided by frames acquired gives approximate frames per second. Not exact, though, because there is going to be start-up latency so some of the elapsed time is going to be spent starting up rather than actively acquiring.
