Does anyone know what this colormap is? (NASA microwave sky)

I want to copy this colormap:
NASA microwave sky https://map.gsfc.nasa.gov/media/121238/index.html
(I am sorry I could not attach figure directly due to a security program in my PC...)
It look familiar but I have no idea where I get it from.
Does anyone know about this colormap? isn't it popular template?
or any suggestion for generation?
It is look like paula + jet with modification but I could not generate the colormap well...

It looks like a modified JET/RAINBOW, but does not match TURBO or any of the common derived/improved RAINBOW versions. Interesting. I suspect that it was created by adjusting the colormap manually for that image.
