Performing FFT on accelerometer data?

I understand that this question has been asked and responded to a few times, however, I am still not really understanding how to perform the FFT to see the frequency spectrum on my data (likely due to being new to MATLAB).
Accelerometry details (attached as a '.mat' and '.txt' file):
  • Sample rate (kHz): 5000
  • Frame length (s): 60
  • Frame points: 300000
I have attempted to create a code based on information from previous forums and the fft help function (attached), but strongly believe it's incorrect.
Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Read about fft. There are lot of example. You can do it on yourself.

Hi KSSV, thanks for your message. I have attempted to do the fft on my own based on previous examples and the fft guide - the code is attached. I was hoping to get clarification whether I am apply the FFT correctly, with the appropriate normalisation factors, for accelerometer data that have three axis (see file attached).
