1:
plot3(xV, yV, zV, 'b.', xT, yT, zT, 'r.', ...
a(1), a(2), a(3), b(1), b(2), b(3));
2:
plot3(xV, yV, zV, 'b.', xT, yT, zT, 'r.', ...
a(1), a(2), a(3), 'mx','LineWidth',2,...
b(1), b(2), b(3), 'mx','LineWidth',2);
why '1' is running normal but '2' is not ?

All of the name-value pairs must come after all other input arguments.
The first syntax is accepted because it follows these supported syntaxes
Specify different name-value properties after plotting by making changes to the handles.
h = plot3(xV, yV, zV, 'b.', xT, yT, zT, 'r.', ...
a(1), a(2), a(3), 'mx', b(1), b(2), b(3), 'mx');
set(h(3:4), 'LineWidth', 2)
