AlignVertexCenters inacessible in WebGL, OpenGL

I am attempting to modify the property "AlignVertexCenters". according to the renderInfo for my figures/axes, it is supported (WebGL in the case of an App Designer app's axes, OpenGL for normal figures). Despite this, it doesn't seem to present in the properties of the axes or figure. The property I'm looking for is discussed here:
