A slight modification on your inputs:

logicalVec =  logical([ 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 1; 0 1 1 0 1 0 0 0 1 1; 1 0 1 0 0 1 1 1 0 1]);

You can then use a logical index to find the characters corresponding to true values:

V(logicalVec).'
