command/code to run simulink desktop real-time in external mode

Hello,

I am working on Simulink Desktop Real-time in external mode. In most of the examples available on the website, I am told to "click Run in Real Time" to run the model. Could anyone help me to come up with commands/codes that I can just put in the script? Thanks a lot!
