Creating matrix with other matrix

How would you create matrix using three other matrix but extracting certain columns out of each one?

a = [1 3 5 b = [2 7 9] c = [2

3 6 8 3

4 7 8] 5]

taking the 2nd & 3rd column of a then place b after then c

like [ 3 5 2 2

6 8 7 5

7 8 9 5]
