Issues with conversion to LLA

Anyone having any issues with conversions from flat earth to LLA ccordinates? It does not appear that this conversion is correct in my Simulink simulation using the aerospace blockset (R2019b).

Can you elaborate the issue that you are facing while using Flat Earth to LLA block?
