Cursor is spinning and won't let me use MATLAB

I can't seem to assess my MATLAB. MY cursor is a spinning circle.

Can you help us understand what caused this or any reproduction steps if this is recurring?

while doing power electronics on ramp, i couldn't edit the circuit with mouse to create wire connect and mouse pointer becomes circle

this happens if i connect controlled pwm ref to gate driver ref
