GUIs in MATLAB can be readily created using MATLAB GUIDE. It is easy to use and has a robust functionality.

However, MATLAB is migrating GUIDE and therefore, it won't be available for use in future versions. You can also consider APP DESIGNER for your purpose. It will remain available for future use as well.
