save data as mat file

Hi!

how could i svae many data, which have the same size in one mat file:

 % for exemple: a=[1 2 3];
b=[5 4 6];
c=[2 5 8];
how could i save a b c as :d=[1 2 3;5 4 6; 2 5 8].thank you
