Missing link for Instance segmentation?

but the github repository is missing. How can I access it?

I understand that there is a broken link to a GitHub repository in the tutorial in question. The GitHub repository in the link is not live. I have noticed that this issue is known and the concerned parties may be investigating the matter further.
