How do I solve the problem regarding the contents of s-function block that do not work properly when transferring the model from Simulink 2013b to Simulink 2019b

Hello everyone,I have designed an MPC controller using an S- function block with quadprog to solve the optimization problem . the model runs fine on Simulink 2013 . when I tried to use Simulink 2019b , an error shows up saying the problem is infeasible
during presolve , quadprog found constraints to be in consistent to within the constraint tolerance.
