Calculating the Threshold automatically between two peaks

Anybody have a quick and dirty code that could analyse a bi-modal histogram, without too much modification of the original histogram, calculate the two means and solve for threshold in the valley between the two peaks!?
Oh..this is urgent by the way! Yikes!
