Making 3d model from CAT scan DICOM slides?

Hello everyone,
I have bunch of dicom files of a CAT scan. Im trying to make 3d model from these images and want to create virtual pictures for other dimensions like Anterior-posterior or left-right.How can i do and how can i get info about this?

A first step would be to load the CT data as a 3D matrix. The further steps would depend on what exactly you would mean by 3D model.
