Good day sir!
Now I am struggling to IEEE 14 bus simulation. In order to change the block of 'Generator1' into the 'Generator2' that has a input parameter(frequency).
I am the Newbie of this simulink, so I downloaded two files that, 'Fourteen_bus' and 'wNAPS'. (These are well made one, and very helpful to me.=> file attacked)
I copied generator from 'wNAPS' and pasted to 'Fourteen_bus' and replace one of generators in 'Fourteen_bus'.
But one error occured. even though I adjusted many parameters.....
Would you please give some instruction to overcome this?
wNAPS as follow.

Fourteen_bus as follow

And I try to...

Like this...(replace generator)
And error as follow....

What should I do..?
I attaqched two files as below.

Hello Sango,
please start by following the recomendations in the error message. In this case, addiding snubber resistors (make them high value) from the problematic node to ground. You cannot connect 2 current sources in series without an alternet path for current to flow. You want to size the resistor to draw 1 percent of total current or less if possible. The smaller the resistor, the higher the current draw, which effects the simulation more, but will allow the simulation to converge with a larger time step, aka run faster.
Regards,
Joel
