peak to peak and phase

I have two signal and I need help with determining the phase shift between these two and the Peak-to-Peak value of those. My data are some file csv where i have saved for each istant of time the respective value of each signal.

Hi Daniele,
For Peak-to-Peak values you can use the findpeaks function. Find Peaks in Data - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com)
For Phase difference between the signals you may use this file exhange link:
