Reward shown in episode manager of rl toolbox to one reported by sim

Hi, I am using rl toolbox. During training i save agents which meet the criteria. In the episode manager window i can see the reward for a specific agent for example agent number 213 is 276. I load that agent(number 213) and execute the simulink with sim syntax. However,the reward that i recieve for the same system and same agent is not the one shown in episode manager. It is different for example,257 Does any one has experince on this? I have delays in my system due to algebraic error can this has influence?
