how reconstruction raw data dicom PET-CT

Hi Everyone
anybody know how to convert the raw data dicom PET-CT to reconstruct it to view the image?

DICOM is not raw data. Reconstructing the raw data will require support from the scanner vendor, while reading DICOM slices in a loop just requires dicomread.
