Integration of Matlab Grader in Blackboard

I am testing the use of Matlab Grader in Blackboard. It seems to work fine, I'm able to make coding problems, and the students are able to (try to) solve them.
But I am not able to see, or get a report, over which students have submitted the test, and for which students the test was successful. How can I do that in Blackboard?

You would use the gradebook in Blackboard to see who has submitted and who has passed the assignment. This will also let you see who has not submitted.
Creating reports from within MATLAB Grader in not currently available when integrated into an LMS.

In the version I have, i do not have to assign a due date for the content to appear in Grade Center. I am looking at the Full Grade Center.
When creating new content, I only gave the problem a title, enabled grading, and assigned a number of points. After saving, I was able to see a column for the new problem in the full Grade Center.

I experienced the same thing as you (the column appearing in the grade center), but the results from the students did not show in this column until after I had specified a due date.
But I have not tested this thoroughly. It might be that there was some other effect that made the first attempts not appear in the Grade Center, and that it had nothing to do with the due date.
