I have the raw PET file (the format is dcm)
How to convert it to mat format

Hi Akmal,
There is a built-in function dicomread in the Image Processing Toolbox in MATLAB which reads input files with .dcm extension. The output is either a m-by-n matrix, m-by-n-by-3 array or 4-D array.
