multi level image segmentation

I need a code or procedure to segment or convert gray image to binary image by using more values of thresholding not one as using(im2bw) to get multilevel segmentation and get more accuracy of segment can any body help me ,I need it to complet my project I'm very late,I dont have more time,please

binaryImage = grayImage > someValue1 & grayImage < someValue2;

You can combine as many of those as you want:

binaryImage2 = grayImage > someValue3 & grayImage < someValue4;
binaryImageFinal = binaryImage & binaryImage2;
