why i see these numbers when i right commands

You did not end the command you executed immediately before calling imshow(d) with a semicolon. I'm guessing that command was a call to imread, load, or some other file importing command.

x = 1; % this will not display
y = 2 % this will display

y = 2

z = x + y % This will display

z = 3
