Error on a particular add block

algebraic state in algebraic loop containing 'project_1/Add7' computed at time 0.0 is Inf or NaN. There may be a singularity in the solution. If the model is correct, try reducing the step size (either by reducing the fixed step size or by tightening the error tolerances)

This is the error I am getting, I've reviewed my simulation yet I still receive this message.

Is there any solution to it? Please do help as its urgent.

You can simply attach the model file while adding comment to the post. Click on 'comment on this question', in the insert section you will find a 'paper clip' icon, use it to attach your simulink model.
