How to correct Error in port widths or dimensions in matlab simulink?

I would like to request your help for this problem on how to correct error in port widths or dimensions in matlab simulink. I am having trouble trying to figure out the solution for this problem so can anyone please help me how to fix this?? I can send you the matlab file through email so you can take a closer look on our model. Thank you very much, any help would be aprreciated.
