Nifti orientation format, saving

I am working in Nifti images with RAI orientation ASL(visualized in ITK software). But when I work and save the nifti images through `make_nii.m` and `save_nii.m`(attached). The images are saved in LPI orientation.

I figured it has something to do with origin and orientation and there are literature for coordinates. How do I change them to same ASL format?

I also found the image transforms are different. One is Qform another is Sform
