Simulink Feedback Output: Dimension Problem

Hi everyone,

I am facing this problem in Simulink (Matlab2012a). When I feedback an output (after integration block: no algebraic loop) to my control block, the output of my control block is somehow is not in the size I want. If I send a constant input to my control block in the same size of my output signal, then it works without any dimension problem.

I have for sure checked inside the controller, and the dynamical model of the system, and there is no logical mistake in the code, or in the theory. Just to mention, I am also using embedded function blocks.

I have used 'reshape' block to fix the dimension of output signal, bur still it is not working.

I'd really appreciate your opinions about this problem of mine.
