Packaging failed in deploytool

Hi all,

In deplytool, after building the exe, I tried to package the results (included the MCR). The packaing started and then it says "Package generation failed". I copied part of the log here:

I wonder what is rwong? There are only three files: the .exe, readme.txt and MCRInstaller.exe.
