Device number can that used with one license

Hello, can I install MATLAB in ony one device using my license number for this account. Is it possible to run simultaneously two devices with same account license?

• Home and Student licenses: one device only
• (Individual) Academic licenses: two devices activated
• (Individual) Standard (Commercial / Professional) licenses: four devices activated, run two simultaneously

Thanks a lot! If I have MATLAB (individual) as a label on my account, so I will have access upto two devices. But can you please tell me if I can uninstall from one device and then install on other device with the same license? And it wil then also be counted as two?

Uninstalling itself is not enough: you need to deactivate on the old device (which you can do without uninstalling.) If you deactivate on a device, then it no longer counts towards your limit.

However... you have a limited number of license transfers per year, traditionally 4.

(If you can present proof of repair of a computer, which required you to switch computers temporarily while you got it repaired and then switched back, then Mathworks will reset the count for you.)
