I would like to ask those who are watching this. Immediately
I browsed a similar question box, but I can't solve it.
As for the contents, I installed while browsing this URL. https://jp.mathworks.com/help/install/ug/install-using-a-file-installation-key.html
Even if the installation is successful, "Fixed-Point Designer" is displayed.
I don't know what to do and I have to press "Close".
Also, it seems that I need a "supported compiler", and when I click it, I get an error and it doesn't work at all.

Can you show us a a picture of where '"Fixed-Point Designer" is displayed'?
If you're referring to the window that appears in step 10 of the installation process that list "post-installation tasks" note what tasks are listed and the circumstances under which you need to perform them. Then you can close that dialog.
As an example, one of the common post-installation tasks if you want to generate code is to install a supported C or C++ compiler. If you want to generate code you need to do that (or make sure that you already have a supported compiler installed.) If you don't want to generate code you don't have to install a compiler.

I believe that is an example of a post-installation task. I'm not really familiar with setting up Fixed-Point Designer but if you're not planning on using it, or if you're not planning on compiling anything related to that product I suspect you can skip installing a supported compiler. Regardless, that's not something the MathWorks Installer can do for you; you need to complete the installer then install a supported compiler if needed.
