how can i run MAtlab in linux mint?

hi every one

i am new in linux and i was installation matlab on linux mint

but after installation i am not found icon of program like windous operating system . can you help me please about

how can i run matlab on linux ? how can i make icon of program on desktop or found in in program list ?
