Unable to load file in Lidar labeler

In the Lidar labeller app, if point cloud image is rotated or changed the direction of view it's been disappearing from the app and not been showed up again. I have to re import the points cloud, I can only be able to zoom in or out in default view. Can anyone suggest me the solution for that. The file format I am using is in LAZ format.

I cant be able to attach the file, because the file are in higher mb. The least size of a file is 46 mb
